With the new LG Flex Multi-Split Six-Zone system, you can provide the right temperature and customize the look in up to six rooms. The new LMU420HHV offers year round comfort control with its 42,000 BTU configurable 6-zone mini split air conditioning and heating system. LG's Flex Multi-Split Six-Zone air conditioner system gives you the opportunity to install as few as two or up to six independently operated, indoor units virtually anywhere in your home.

Featuring LGRED° Heat Technology, this system can be used as a primary heat source in most of the country. With enhanced cooling and heating ranges, LGRED° Heat Technology allows your multi-zone system to offer 100% heating capacity even when temperatures get down as low as -13°F! And, if you need the air conditioner, you can run the AC when it is as cold as 14°F outside. This is a great solution for rooms that need to stay cool. Add a Low Ambient Kit (sold separately) for cooling operation down to -4°F.

This system combines individual room temperature control with low operating costs. The LMU420HHV can be easily installed without major renovations. Each unit requires a line set to connect it to the outside unit. The line sets (sold separately), are run through the interior wall, requiring about a 3” hole, to the outdoor unit.

The LMU420HHV outdoor unit offers standard features including a super energy efficient variable speed inverter compressor, defrost/deicing capabilities, three minute restart delay, and a self diagnosis system. It also includes soft start which reduces power surges on the electrical system. It operates when the outside temperature is as low as 14°F in the cooling mode (down to -4°F with a low ambient kit installed) and from -13°F to 75°F in the heating mode. To top it all off, it uses environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant and is precharged for up to 131’ of line.
